ORDER PROCESSING:

  • Most orders are processed and shipped USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing
    time does not include weekend days.)
  • Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following
    Monday.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through
    Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • We ship internationally. Please call our customer service representive for more details.


SALES TAX:

We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped in
California. If you are shipping to any other destination in the U.S.,

sales tax will not be charged on your purchase. If you have other questions
regarding sales tax, please feel free to email customerservice@beyondcream.com.


RETURNS:

Our Products Are Guaranteed! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Online
purchase, simply return the empty bottle and we will be happy
to credit your accountfor the full amount of the purchase. Please use the entire amount of product in the bottle as directed before returning.

We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post
for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. We’re sorry,
but return shipping fees are not refundable. If your package was damaged
in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify
us immediately at (909) 744-8111. The carrier will inspect and pick up
the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
